General explanation:The supplier of educational materials is a group of people who have developed educational materials and are engaged in its implementation (sale).
Educational material - a group of instructional videos under the general title: “Commercial ART Photoshop course from 0 to PRO”. For more information about the content of the product, see Appendix #1.
The client is a person who has paid for the training course (educational material) “Commercial ART Photoshop course from 0 to PRO” in full.The client made a payment in the amount of $299 (two hundred and ninety-nine us dollars) (excluding promo codes) to the electronic account of the training materials supplier. At the same time, the payment system gumroad or 2checkout acted as an intermediary in the transaction.
The client buys training material called “Commercial ART Photoshop course from 0 to PRO”. The slogan “Commercial ART” means that the client will be able to create art for subsequent sale to his clients, due to the skills acquired in the Adobe Photoshop program. The slogan “Photoshop course from 0 to PRO” implies that the course is suitable for novice clients who have little experience in Adobe Photoshop.
The client pays only for the educational material (information) provided by the educational material supplier. Additional materials in the form of images that are used in the learning process are supplied to the client in a free format from third-party sources that are not related to the supplier of educational materials, as well as the supplier of training material does not have any material benefit from additional materials. The provider of educational materials is not responsible for additional material. All additional materials in the form of images were taken from open sources under a Creative Commons license from third parties. If the author or authors of additional materials change the license type, they are obliged to notify the supplier of the training material on third platforms from which the material was taken, or write to the following email: product@deskillss.com . The supplier of the training material, in turn, is obliged to completely stop distributing content that violates copyrights, or pay up to $300 to settle the dispute and grant rights to further use of the material.

Client's responsibilities:The client must familiarize himself with the
refund policy before purchasing educational materials.
To complete the course successfully, the client must have a computer or laptop with Adobe Photoshop CC installed in any version from 2018 to 2023. The client must also have peripheral devices such as: a monitor, keyboard, computer mouse or graphics tablet.
The resale of educational materials by the client is prohibited.
The client is obliged to prevent access, copying or distribution of educational materials to third parties. In order to determine which client is violating copyrights, in each video lesson, the educational materials provider automatically inserts 3 consecutive frames into any fragment of the video with the purchase ID. These 3 consecutive frames with the purchase ID do not interfere with the client, since the numbers are small and fit into the video lesson material, the numbers with the purchase ID can only be seen using video editing programs, and knowing in which video fragment they are located.
The client buys access to educational materials for personal use only.
Obligations of the educational material supplier:The supplier of educational material is obliged to transfer access to the personal account with educational materials to the client after the client has made full payment. Access to the personal account is given to the client for 3 years and can be extended at the discretion of the supplier of educational material. If the client has not received the training material due to a technical error, the client is obliged to notify the supplier of the educational material by e-mail: product@deskillss.com that the client did not receive the educational material. The supplier of the educational material is obliged to re-send the link to the training material by e-mail.
Rights of the supplier of educational materials:If the supplier of educational materials notices illegal access to educational materials from more than 5 devices of the client, then the supplier of educational materials has the right to restrict the client's access to the personal account for an indefinite period. In this case, the money is not returned to the client.
Also, in case of any suspicious activity of the client in the personal account, the supplier of educational materials has the right to restrict the client's access to the personal account for an indefinite period without explanation. In this case, the money is not returned to the client.
The supplier of educational materials has the right to change the terms of the contract at any time without notifying the client.
The supplier of educational materials has the right to carry out promotional mailings and promotions to the client by e-mail or in the form of messages via WhatsApp or Facebook.
The supplier of educational materials has the right to refuse technical support for educational materials if the client uses abusive speech in the form of text by email or in the form of messages via WhatsApp or Facebook.
The supplier of educational materials has the right to sue the client for the illegal distribution of educational materials.
If the client makes a chargeback of funds without a preliminary letter with claims on the product (training materials) to the e-mail of the training materials supplier product@deskillss.com, then this is considered a gross violation of the terms of the contract, the supplier of educational materials has the right to sue the client in order to receive compensation for the provision of educational materials in full, and to recover legal costs. Refunds are possible only if the supplier of educational materials did not provide access to training materials, and at the same time received an email from the client to product@deskillss.com with a request to solve a technical problem, and did not resolve it within 30 days.
